Broken needle policy: If a needle in a machine breaks during the manufacturing
process, every piece must be collected before a new needle is issued – only then does
production continue.

• Snap pull test: All the fasteners on our baby wear undergo a special popper pull test to
make sure they are securely pressed.

• Nickel-free fasteners: All metal fasteners are nickel-free.

THE BABY REPUBLIC ELASTICATED ROMPER
What makes the stud-less romper so unique is that there are no clips, studs or zips on the
entire garment, but rather an elasticated backing with an envelope neckline. The
envelope neck was designed to open wide enough to accommodate various head sizes.
Value is added through its practical design which enables less body movement for a
sleeping baby in addition to a far less troublesome changing regime, as the legs of the
garment flip over to the front, making it easier to change the nappy and keep the
garment clean around the legs and back area. The benefits of 100% cotton are fully
breathable fabric which is safe for sensitive skin and regulates baby’s body temperature,
therefore can be worn throughout all seasons.
